Innovation must move with the landscape.

Most approaches to innovation are static, fixed to a single snapshot of the future. But by the time it's reached, the future has already moved on. It leaves organizations trapped in a relentless cycle of chasing yesterday's table-stakes instead of leading tomorrow's possibilities.

Analytical intelligence, while exceptional at optimizing and automating, can create an illusion of certainty that obscures the dynamic nature of progress by flattening complex, interconnected change into linear models and assumptions. Relational human intelligence, rooted in empathy, intuition, experience, and meaning, adapts to ambiguity, uncertainty, and opportunity, helping us discern what matters most, when it matters most.
